  • “Celiac Disease: Laughing Your Way from Diagnosis to Wellness”
    As the comedic voice for celiac disease, Jeanne guides the audience in encompassing a light-hearted look at being diagnosed with a lifelong condition.  Cleverly intertwining exercise and nutrition tips with jokes, she teaches how to feel healthy and be healthy in mind and body.  Always loaded with scientific evidence, Jeanne also explains the physiological, social, and psychological effects of laughter and smiling.  Laughing at everything from bloating to brick-like bread, the audience is inspired to LIVE life to the FULLEST, gluten free, on the journey to wellness.  Duration: 45-60 minutes.
  • “Just the Fa’ts Ma’am” Video Clip
    Jeanne dispels myths about weight management via her humorous, straightforward approach. Leaving opinion aside, Jeanne teaches weight management facts that are based on years of peer-reviewed research. Students learn exercise and nutrition recommendations and how to apply those to themselves. Students are encouraged to provide examples of diets and exercise/nutrition products that they have utilized.  Duration: 90 minutes.
  • “Celiac Disease and the Gluten-Free Diet” Video Clip
    Jeanne categorizes food sensitivities and explains where celiac disease fits under the umbrella term and how it differs from gluten intolerance.  Explaining celiac disease thoroughly, Jeanne also offers useful tips for following the gluten-free diet and incorporating it into a healthy lifestyle.  Duration: 60-90 minutes.
  • “Using Whole Grains to their Fullest” Video Clip
    Jeanne teaches the limitations of commonly-used gluten-free flours and offers nutrient-dense alternatives.  She identifies key dietary nutrients, their roles in the body, and deficiency symptoms.  Cooking tips include flour combinations.  Jeanne also teaches the anatomy of a grain and the nutrients each section holds.  Duration: 60 minutes.
